On a cruise last year, I had one of the best drinks I’ve ever had: a pomegranate cosmopolitan. What you need to know is I’ve always steered away from even trying a cosmopolitan, feeling that it sounded awfully clichéd. After that marvelous bartender served his specialty, I came home and googled recipes. And no, it didn’t stop there. Then I compared and experimented with combinations until I came up with the perfect concoction. Yay! Here it is. Enjoy!

Letetia’s Pomegranate Cosmopolitan

1 oz vodka
1 oz triple sec
1 oz 100% pomegranate juice
1/2 oz Rose’s® lime juice
